How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However bookings in busy perioud such as November and December are usually filled 6 months ahead. Contact us today to check for availability.

Is there transportation and set up Cost?

All our quotes are inclusive of transportation and set up. Our professional team will communicate with you and the venue to have the service ready for you. Just bring the crowd and have fun.

Do we need to know what songs we want ahead of the event?

Song request are done on the spot. Pitch Please Karaoke is equipped with 50,000+ songs in our song library. We can play any song if they are in our song list. Please check out our song list to search for songs you might like to see on the day.

What happen if we have to cancel our bookings?

Please note that bookings are only confirmed once the holding deposit has been received. Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
